Jouvonna L. Gray, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Get Well Healthcare Services, LLC, a multi-location clinical care provider operating in the greater Houston metro since October 2015.
She founded Get Well Healthcare Academy in 2026 to address a growing shortage of trained allied-health professionals in Texas and to build a real pipeline from classroom to clinic floor.
